Yoga Class
People often say that they think they are too old, too stiff, or too heavy to come to a yoga class. Not this one! "Every Body" will feel welcomed - and will probably grow younger, lighter and more flexible as time goes by. This beneficial, enjoyable class is suited for beginning and intermediate level students as well as anyone who enjoys an easy pace. Try something new on this vacation! Be daring! Be bold by practicing yoga before your rafting trip to better prepare for your adventure! Enjoy moving your body after your adventure weekend to return home feeling refreshed and relaxed!
Whether you are a novice or a seasoned veteran, our instructors will lead you on a one hour class of standing poses, sitting poses and ending with a resting pose. You’ll be ready for whatever adventure comes your way!
