Student groups ages 12 and up have a great set of outdoor adventures to choose from for an outstanding field trip. They learn hard skills like paddling a raft, climbing up a rock wall, negotiating a challenge course. They also learn the invaluable soft skills that will help them be successful adults: negotiation, leadership, decision-making, teamwork, and confidence. - Whitewater rafting on the famous New River and Gauley River. The time of year and age of groups determines which sections of these rivers are best for each group.
- Rock climbing lessons & instruction are offered through AOTG. Learn from our certified instructors in one of the most popular climbing spots around, the New River Gorge.
