White Water Rafting in West Virginia

This coming weekend will be the largest weekend of the season for Songer Whitewater. Sunday is the busy day and Monday offers a great discounted rafting rate. With warm river water and sunny skies predicted, it will be a weekend to remember.

It’s hard to imagine that the next 8 weekends will contain the largest day of our season, 23 days of HUGE Gauley rafting and Bridge Day (West Virginia’s largest one day event)!

I am soooo looking forward to the Songer 30th Birthday Party!! On August 25th we will have free rafting for anyone who has rafted with Songer Whitewater 10 times or more and a free pig roast. We will also have a pig roast for anyone to reserve for $14 per person, a free t-shirt (while supplies last) and Songer Olympics for everyone. It is a great time in the season to enjoy the company of those that have made Songer what it is today. I can not wait—Songer Olympics are hilarious!

Just to keep you posted, there are deluxe cabins available every weekend in Gauley Season if anyone would like to exchange their tent for a hot tub and bed!
